We are a husband and wife team who met at our previous workplace as performing mascots for a very large theme park! We were street/walkaround and show characters, and our jobs included interacting and taking photos with guests, performing in dance shows and promos, and entertaining while having fun! Gizmo was a Character and Costume Supervisor and Performer for 14 years, and Gadget was a Character Performer for 6 years. Spending thousands of hours in costume has also given us the opportunity to examine the construction of these professional industry-grade costumes. In fact, when we weren't in fur, we both carried out costume repairs - anywhere from seam fixes and general maintenance, size alterations, new designs, wearability improvements, head interior repairs, to skinning and re-furring heads! We took the knowledge and experience gained from wearing and fixing those costumes and brought it straight to Poofsuits! We loved it so much!

In late 2016, together we designed and built our Dragunny twins. We made our debut at Anthrocon 2017! Ever since, we have been enamored with conventions, and travel anywhere our tiny wings can take us. We have always wanted to make suits for others, so we are starting out with ready-to-wear designs of our own! In the near future, we will build custom suits. We want to grow our Poofsuits family, and hope our costumes will travel with amazing owners and help make memories that last forever!
